Battle of Britain Team building - How it Works

 Your team are given an overview of how the system works and are then allocate team members the various tasks.

An initial trial run takes place under the guidance of the facilitators. Then your team will commence a real time run unguided.

Opportunity is given to identify strengths and weaknesses and further runs take place.

Your team will carry out tasks as Plotters, Observer corp, communications with airfields, weather reports, airfield status, direction of aircraft to interception, learning phonetic system as in the 1940's - all  in real time.

Each run takes approx 20 minutes.

Other tasks can be included such as codebreaking and morse code.

This can also be carried out with micro groups in competition to give an added edge.
