Battle of Britain Team Building 
During the late 1930's and early 1940's the RAF under Sir Hugh Dowding developed a defence system linking Observer corps information with Radar plots to guide RAF fighters onto their targets. Modern air traffic control is still based upon the basic system, though of course now computer operated. A unique team building experience. Your Team run and manage a Battle of Britain Sector control room for their away day. Hones communication skills, reaction to an ever changing scenario, delagation, task focus, and instant decision making. Your team will operate a fully working reproduction of a Battle of Britain plotting room complete with communications systems, plotting table, status system and several authentic period items. Played in real time this team building away day willl fully test your team. Costumed team building facilitators will lead and assist you through the event initially and then when you go 'live' it's down to you.
